Corporate Accounting Manager (SEC) up to 83K  Responsible for the preparation of external financial report preparation, including required disclosures and overseeing preparation of quarterly 10Q filings, 10K fillings and preparation of annual report to shareholders.  Responsible for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal control policies.  Responsible for accounting for stock-based compensation, and other technical accounting programs.

Assistant Controller 80 to 90K Company needs an accountant with 5 years consolidations, multi-location and multi-entities experience. Maintain general ledger, account analysis, consolidations, foreign exchange activity, all translation for foreign currency. CPA preferred; Solomon and FRX reporting.

Tax Manager 80 to 100K Public company needs someone with 3 to 6 years of corporate tax experience to manage tax department, including systems and procedures to minimize tax liabilities and to ensure company compliance with government tax entities. Strategically build and develop department staff as needed. 

Accounts Receivable 35 to 40K Fast paced, growing company needs an accounts receivable clerk with at least 3 years experience. 95% of the job will be on the phone speaking to customers daily. 5% will be tracking the 30/60/90 day reports and communicating the results to the controller.
