How our process works |
- Discuss the
characteristics of your organization, the position's
responsibilities, background requirements and other
specifics necessary to identify viable candidates.
- Search and research
within organizations that possess candidates who will
satisfactorily fulfill the position. It has been our
experience that the ideal candidates are not actively
seeking employment and must be contacted directly.
- Screen
potential candidates thoroughly on two levels;
initially, as to their overall capabilities; then, as to
the specific qualities required by our client.
- Present the
top three to five candidates for our client's
consideration.
- Assist in the
arrangement of interviews. Upon completion of secondary
interviews, we assist in the structure of compensation
arrangements and employment negotiation.
